Robert Whitesides is the Firm’s Chief Legal Officer and has been with the company for 20 years. Robert’s responsibilities include handling the company’s client engagement contracts and dealing with hospitals and their counsel regarding ongoing legal matters. Robert is also responsible for the company’s HR policies, and oversees corporate compliance matters. Robert graduated from the University of Utah (B.A.) and Seattle University School of Law (J.D.). He is an active member of the State Bar of California.
